Drive through old town Snoqualmie and you see the next sight clearly visible from your car.  You don’t need to stop or pull over to get an eyeful of Mt. Si.  This highly paintable mountain looms over our little valley with a gentle observance.  Although we all enjoy it, this is really North Bends mountain.  The valleys below are home to a well known heard of elk and, if you’re lucky, you might just get to watch them cross the highway.
