Bloom Through It

Spring is a beautiful time around the pacific northwest.  Many people in Washington, including myself, look forward to when the cherry blossoms bloom.  It’s as if they appear out of no where and just when you needed to see them.  They are even more set off when they are paired with a stormy sky.  They bloom throughout the unpredictable weather, and through the storms.  This year, these flowers reminded me of a little girl I know.  A little girl who throughout this past year showed how beautiful her flowers were.  They were always there but amidst a storm they popped with the most abundant beauty.  This little girl has shown me how to smile despite disappointment, to accept reality and roll with it, how to be kind to everyone, and, how to bloom through it.
